Water Bill Information
The water bill is separate from the monthly rent and must be paid regularly every month. Please check the notification (post-it note) attached to your door for the amount and transfer the funds accordingly.
Please note that the total water bill for the entire building is divided equally among all residents based on the number of occupants (N-split).
Waste & Recycling Guide (Yongsan-gu Office Guidelines)
All household waste must be separated by type and placed in front of the house (or at the designated location within the complex) during the specified discharge hours.
Please be advised that collection may be refused if waste is not properly sorted. We appreciate your cooperation in following these regulations.
Discharge Time: Usually between 6:00 PM and Midnight on designated days. (Excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and the day before public holidays in some areas).

3. Recyclables

Core Principle: Empty and Rinse
- Empty the contents and rinse thoroughly to remove any residue.
- Remove parts made of different materials, such as labels and bottle caps.
Specific Categories:
- Paper/Cardboard: Flatten and tie them together. Plastic coatings, tape, and metal springs must be removed.
- Plastics/PET Bottles: Empty and rinse. Remove labels and caps, then compress them before disposal.
- Cans/Scrap Metal: Empty and rinse. For butane gas or insecticide canisters, you must punch a hole in the container before disposal.
- Glass Bottles: Rinse thoroughly. Do not include broken glass, mirrors, or ceramics.
- Vinyl (Plastic Wraps/Bags): Collect only clean, uncontaminated vinyl in a transparent bag. Vinyl stained with food or foreign substances must be disposed of as General Waste.
